Based in Westminster, California- Universal Sign Records stands for radio un-friendly music with the attitude and image to go along. Formed in 1999 along with subsidiary Distressively Impotent Music Publishing, Universal Sign Records has become somewhat of an icon in Orange County with its recognizable merchandise and unforgettable logo to go along with its current project, Three Sixes.
